
This is a worsted wool ingrain carpet that we call Sandusky, circa 1850, installed in Castigon House in Madison, Indiana.

Sarepta Brown Cotton from Louisiana is a natural brown colored cotton. The Acadian style is derived from French textiles and popular in the Southern Louisiana culture.
These are double bed size blankets woven from natural colored brown cotton and dyed cotton. A special project and each blanket is different.

This all wool Venetian varpet is woven in "The Hartford Figure," a pattern from an early Connecticut weaver's draft book. Venetian carpets work very well on stairs, and they were often installed on staircases in period homes.

Here's one of our traditionally inspired Venetian carpets installed in a hall and staircase. You can have custom carpet and superior quality in a modern adaptation of a historic carpet design.

Our Venetian carpets can be installed on curving and complex staircases. Pie-shaped stairs and landings are no problem.

We can produce very close reproductions of historic carpet. This image shows a surviving original fragment (above) and our reproduction (below) as it is being woven on the loom. We custom dyed the yarns and matched the pattern exactly.

We wove this authentic reproduction coach lace for the restoration of a 1939 Cadillac interior. Coach laces were among the highest accomplishments of passementerie and very complicated to produce. They are really a type of velvet with raised pile and often more than one warp. We make all kinds of historic reproduction trims, by hand, including tapes, tassels cording, and fringes.

A worsted baize, embossed with a bark moiré. This is a drapery and upholstery fabric in a deep, rich cinnabar color. It is being used as drapery in Liberty Hall in Frankfort, Kentucky. We've woven it in two weights: a single baize and a double baize.

This is a traditional Twill Block coverlet in cotton and wool fearing medium indigo blue and dark indigo blue. It is reversible.

This ingrain carpet is a documented pattern from the mid 1840’s. There are two documented color ways. One is blues and white and the other is in reds and greens. We have reproduced both document color ways.
In this image, the carpet is installed in the Columbia County Historical Society as part of a Civil War parlor exhibit. Notice that it is installed as an area carpet not wall to wall. This is more common post Civil War.

This is a rainbow scarf in silk and worsted in a color scheme that was popular in the 1840's for drapery.

This is the silk warp for the Lincoln Damask for the drapery in the parlors at the Lincoln Home in Springfield IL. The pattern is created largely by the by the warp colors so we had to get the colors correct in a thread by thread sequence.

This is a reproduction of the damask that was in use in the parlors at Lincoln's home in Springfield Il. We have changed the scale slightly to fit our jacquard loom harness.
The warp is silk and the filling is worsted wool.
