Processing Orders
We process and ship all credit card and Paypal orders within three business days, or notify the customer that it is out of stock or back ordered. Orders paid for by check incur a five-day hold, after which they will ship within two business days.

Shipping Policy:
We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping to the US and Canada. Please contact us for shipping rates to other countries.

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and checks. Our credit card processing is handled through Simplify-Commerce.

Coupon Codes:
Coupon codes are used to receive special discounts or apply coupons to your purchases. If you have a code, enter it in the “Coupon Code” box during checkout. The shopping cart will recalculate your order showing the amount of the deduction on the order form.

Sales Tax:
We charge 8% sales tax on all orders shipped to the State of New York.

Custom & Special Orders:
If you would like to order a custom design, please contact us for information and pricing.

Returns and Exchange Policy:
Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order if you wish to exchange an item or return an item for store credit. Used, unclean or damaged items can not be returned. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping. If an item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a credit for your shipping cost.

Our Catalog:
We have made every effort to accurately portray the items in our photographs; however, due to variations in different monitor settings, we can not guarantee that the colors that you see on your screen are the exact colors of the items.

Your credit card information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database. We do not have access to your credit card information on our website.
